HIGH SCHOOL/TOURNAMENT PLAYER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

DIRECTIONS

2010 FALL SESSION-PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN
These classes are open to children from all schools.

There are ten clinic options for this age group:

Option #1: Mondays from 11:20 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. If your child attends Sacred Heart Schools, Cee Salberg and her staff will organize all the children who are signed up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) for their tennis lesson. Parents should pick their children up at the SHS tennis complex no later than 12:20 p.m. Juice and a snack will be provided to children who attend this clinic.
Option #2: Mondays from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 pm. If your child attends Sacred Heart Schools, Cee Salberg and her staff will organize all the children who are signed-up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) for their tennis lessons. Parents should pick their children up at the SHS tennis complex no later than 2:00 p.m. Juice and snacks will be provided to children who attend this clinic.
Option #3: Mondays from 3:30 pm-4:30 pm. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 3:30 pm and pick them up no later than 4:30 pm.

Option #6: Fridays from 11:20 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. If your child attends Sacred Heart Schools, Cee Salberg and her staff will organize all the children who are signed up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) for their tennis lesson. Option #8: Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 9:00 a.m. and pick them up no later than 10:00 a.m.
Option #9: Flex Plan 1—gives you the flexibility to attend one clinic per week on the day of your choice (days can vary from week to week depending on your schedule).
Option #10: Flex Plan 2—gives you the flexibility to attend two clinics per week on the days of your choice (days can vary from week to week depending on your schedule).

DATES: The following are the 12 Monday clinics dates: 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22, 11/29 and 12/6. The following are the 12 Wednesday clinic dates: 9/22, 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17, NO CLASS 11/24, 12/1, 12/8 and 12/15. The following are the 12 Friday clinic dates: 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12, 11/19, NO CLASS 11/26, 12/3, 12/10 and 12/17. The following are the 12 Saturday clinic dates: 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, NO CLASS 11/27, 12/4 and 12/11.

PICK-UP: Please pick up your child promptly at the end of any scheduled clinic.

WEATHER: If you have any questions regarding the weather, please call Losaline Mafileo at (650) 814-5416. Losaline’s outgoing message will inform you if a clinic has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

RAIN OUTS: If a clinic is rained out, make-up opportunities will be given during the 2011 spring clinic session.

EQUIPMENT/SHOES: Remember your tennis racket and non-marking shoes!

COST: Mondays only (option 1, 2 or 3): $300. Wednesdays only (option 4 or 5): $300. Fridays only (option 6 or 7): $300. Saturdays only (option 8): $300. These classes are open to children from all schools.

There are two clinic options for this age group:

Option #1: Saturdays from 10:15 am to 11:45 am. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 10:15 am and pick them up no later than 11:45 am.
Option #2: Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 1:00 pm and pick them up no later than 2:30 pm.

There is one clinic options for this group:

Saturdays from 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm at the Sacred Heart Schools Tennis Complex (Valparaiso and Emilie).

DATES: Saturday clinic dates: 9/18, 9/25, 10/2, 10/9, 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 11/6, 11/13, 11/20, NO CLASS 11/27, 12/4 and 12/11.

RAIN OUTS: If a clinic is rained out, make-up opportunities will be given during the 2011 spring clinic session.

COST: $540.

Student/parent hereby expressly waives any claim of liability against Jeff Arons, Jeff Arons Tennis, their agents and contractors for any negligence, personal injury, premises liability or other damages which occur to student during the above described tennis lessons. This waiver is a complete release of any responsibility for injuries or damages sustained whether or not the student was engaged in playing tennis at the time of the injury.
