PRE-SCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN GRADES 1-6 GRADES 7 AND 8

HIGH SCHOOL/TOURNAMENT PLAYER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

DIRECTIONS

2011 FALL SESSION-PRESCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN
THESE CLASSES ARE OPEN TO CHILDREN FROM ALL SCHOOLS.

There are five clinic options for this age group:

Option #1: Monday from 11:20 am to 12:20 pm. If your child attends Sacred Heart Schools, Cee Salberg and her staff will organize all the children who are signed up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) for their tennis lesson. Parents should pick their children up at the SHS tennis complex no later than 12:20 pm. Juice and a snack will be provided to children who attend this clinic.
Option #2: Monday from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. If your child attends Sacred Heart Schools, Cee Salberg and her staff will organize all the children who are signed-up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) for their tennis lessons. Parents should pick their children up at the SHS tennis complex no later than 2:00 pm. Juice and snacks will be provided to children who attend this clinic.

The following are the 11 Wednesday clinic dates: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2, 11/9 and 11/16.
The following are the 11 Saturday clinic dates: 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12 and 11/19.

PICK-UP: Please pick up your child promptly at the end of any scheduled clinic.

WEATHER: If you have any questions regarding the weather, please call Losaline Mafileo at (650) 814-5416. Losaline’s outgoing message will inform you if a clinic has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

RAIN OUTS: If a clinic is rained out, make-up opportunities will be given during the 2011 winter clinic session.

EQUIPMENT/SHOES: Remember your tennis racket and non-marking shoes!

COST: Monday only (option 1 or 2): $310. Wednesday only (option 3 or 4): $310. Saturday only (option 5): $310. Monday (option 1 or 2) and Wednesday (option 3 or 4): $550. Monday (option 1 or 2) and Saturday (option 5): $550. Wednesday (option 3 or 4) and Saturday (option 5): $550.

THESE CLASSES ARE OPEN TO CHILDREN FROM ALL SCHOOLS.

There are six clinic options for this age group:

Option #1: Monday from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. If your child attends Sacred Heart Schools, Bridget Collins and her staff will organize all the children who are signed up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex. Parents of children who do not attend St. Josephs should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 3:00 pm. All children should be picked up no later than 4:30 pm.
Option #2: Wednesday from 4:15 pm to 5:45 pm. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 4:15 pm and pick them up no later than 5:45 pm.
Option #3:Friday from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm. Please add: Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 3:30 pm and pick them up no later than 5:00 pm.
Option #4: Saturday from 10:15 am to 11:45 am. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 10:15 am and pick them up no later than 11:45 am.
Option #5: Saturday from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 1:00 pm and pick them up no later than 2:30 pm.
Option #6: Flex Plan: allows your child the flexibility to attend any three of our Grades 1-6 clinics per week (days/times can change from week to week depending on your schedule). Please consider this option if you would like more flexibility as to which clinic you would like your child to attend each week.

THESE CLASSES ARE OPEN TO CHILDREN FROM ALL SCHOOLS

There are three clinic options for this age group:

Option #1: Saturdays from 10:15 am to 11:45 am. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 10:15 am and pick them up no later than 11:45 am.
Option #2: Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 1:00 pm and pick them up no later than 2:30 pm.
Option #3: Flex Plan 1--gives your child the flexibility to attend either Option 1 or Option 2 each Saturday (times can vary from week to week depending on your child's schedule). Please consider this option if you would like more flexibility as to which clinic you would like your child to attend each Saturday.

There is one clinic options for this group:

Saturdays from 2:45 pm to 4:45 pm at the Sacred Heart Schools Tennis Complex (Valparaiso and Emilie).

DATES: The following are the 11 Saturday clinic dates: 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12 and 11/19.

RAIN OUTS: If a clinic is rained out, make-up opportunities will be given during the 2011 winter clinic session.

COST: $495.

Student/parent hereby expressly waives any claim of liability against Jeff Arons, Jeff Arons Tennis, their agents and contractors for any negligence, personal injury, premises liability or other damages which occur to student during the above described tennis lessons. This waiver is a complete release of any responsibility for injuries or damages sustained whether or not the student was engaged in playing tennis at the time of the injury.
