2008 FALL SESSION—PRE-SCHOOL AND KINDERGARTEN

There are three clinic options for this age group:

Option #1: Wednesdays from 11:20 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Cee Salberg and her staff will organize all the children who are signed up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) for their tennis lesson. Parents should pick their children up at the SHS tennis complex no later than 12:30 p.m. Juice and a snack will be provided to children who attend this clinic.
Option #2: Wednesdays from 2:50 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Cee Salberg and her staff will organize all the children who are signed up for tennis on the benches outside her office. Tennis coaches then walk the children over to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) for their tennis lesson. Parents should pick their children up at the SHS tennis complex no later than 4:00 p.m. Juice and a snack will be provided to children who attend this clinic.
Option #3: Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) at 9:00 a.m. and pick them up no later than 10:00 a.m.

DATES: The following are the 12 Wednesday clinic dates: 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8, 10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5, 11/12 and 11/19. The following are the 12 Saturday clinic dates: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15 and 11/22.

PICK-UP: Please pick up your child promptly at the end of any scheduled clinic.

WEATHER: If you have any questions regarding the weather, please call Losaline Mafileo at (650) 814-5416. Losaline’s outgoing message will inform you if a clinic has been cancelled due to inclement weather.

RAIN OUTS: If a clinic is rained-out, make-up opportunities will be given during the 2009 spring clinic session.

EQUIPMENT/SHOES: Remember your tennis racket and non-marking shoes!

COST: Wednesdays only (option 1 or 2): $385 (includes juice and snack). Saturdays only (option 3): $300. Wednesdays (option 1 or 2) and Saturdays (option 3): $585.

2008 FALL SESSION—GRADES 1-8

There are four clinic options for this age group:

Option #1: Mondays from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Parents should bring their children to the "Morey" tennis courts (Valparaiso and Elena) and pick them up no later than 5:30 pm.
Option #2: Wednesdays from 4:15 pm to 5:45 pm. Parents should bring their children to the "Morey" tennis courts (Valparaiso and Elena) and pick them up no later than 5:45 pm.
Option #3: Saturdays from 10:15 am to 11:45 am. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) and pick them up no later than 11:45 am.
Option #4: Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. Parents should bring their children to the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie) and pick them up no later than 2:30 pm.

2008 FALL SESSION—HIGH SCHOOL

There is one clinic option for high school students.

Saturdays from 2:45 p.m.-4:45 p.m. at the SHS tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie).

DATES: The following are the 12 Saturday clinic dates: 9/6, 9/13, 9/20, 9/27, 10/4, 10/11, 10/18, 10/25, 11/1, 11/8, 11/15 and 11/22.

RAIN OUTS: If a clinic is rained-out, make-up opportunities will be given during the 2009 spring clinic session.

COST: $540

Spots will be allocated in the order checks are received. These clinics are run by Jeff Arons and his staff and are not a program of Sacred Heart Schools. Student/parent hereby expressly waives any claim of liability against Jeff Arons, Jeff Arons Tennis, their agents and contractors for any negligence, personal injury, premises liability or other damages which occur to student during the above described tennis lessons. This waiver is a complete release of any responsibility for injuries or damages sustained whether or not the student was engaged in playing tennis at the time of the injury.

Directions

To the Sacred Heart Schools tennis complex (Valparaiso and Emilie Avenue): Please use the main entrance to Sacred Heart Prep to park your car. The courts can be accessed by walking across the football field.

To the Morey tennis complex (Valparaiso and Elena): Take Valparaiso to Elena street towards the Circus Club. The courts are on your right a few hundred yards down Elena. There is an entrance to the campus right before you cross Park Lane.
